Warranty coverage

Every Medusa is covered against manufacturing defects under a locally administered warranty. Final coverage length and conditions are being confirmed with the distributor (the US program runs 6 months as a reference point).

• Covers manufacturing and material defects under normal play
• Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear of the grip/edge guard
• Claims handled locally, no international shipping required

Returns

Unused paddles in original condition may be returned within a defined window (US reference: 30 days). Exact PH returns terms and any restocking conditions will be finalised before launch.
